This website www.rich-herbs-vits.com belongs to SUMMITLINE SOLUTIONS LTD, registered at ul. Maragidik №19 et.2 ap.ofis Bulgaria, Burgas, 8000, under the laws of Bulgaria.
By using this site you agree to follow the Privacy Policy and all Terms of Use published on this site. These terms are void in the states where prohibited by law.
The statements in the descriptions have not been evaluated by the FDA. The products presented on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual weight loss results are individual and can vary due to a person’s state of health.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
We sell products on a subscription-based basis. This means that after a certain period of time, depending on the number of products ordered, we will form a repeat order for you for the same biological additives at the same cost. We will send an email notifying you of this. You have the right to make changes to the re-order or to cancel the subscription renewal altogether. Let us know in a reply letter or via live chat on the main page.
Shipping Policies
The buyer pays for the shipping in the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we as the Seller will refund the total cost of item, including shipping, to the buyer.
Data Security Policy
All of the personal information like the buyer’s name, address, email, etc. is secured by our web and data base server. The credit card numbers and other payment information is processed only by SSL encripted server of credit card processing companies. We do not view/store/process that kind of information in our own servers.
Refunds
At rich-herb-vits.com, we guarantee that you must be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we’ll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within 30 days, including return postage costs on domestic orders. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please note: all returns valued at 500 EUR or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund because of repeated cases of abuse.
Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used at the purchase of the goods you want to return.

When will the credit card of the customer debited?
The money from you credit card will be debited when you click “Proceed to payment” button, fill out the information about your credit card information and then click “Finish” on the credit card processor site. If the transaction is successful, your credit card will be debited and the order will be received in our warehouse for packaging and shipping.
At this moment we as company are obliged to send the order as soon as possible to you as a buyer.
Shipping and Delivery
The order is shipped on the same day or the next day, depending on the time of placing the order. The order will be delivered within 1-2 business days with DHL shipping company or within 4-6 days with standard shipping.
Customs & Restrictions & Refund Policies
In compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label.Your order will include an invoice, indicating the name, quantity and price of each product.
Rich-herb-vits.com is not responsible for any and all packages detained, impounded, delayed or returned to us by the country’s customs department or clearing/brokerage agencies. It is the full responsibility of you as a buyer to ensure that these supplements are allowed by your customs. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws or regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
To avoid delayed delivery of your order, please contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions. Becoming familiar with your country’s policies prior to ordering makes ordering and shipping much easier for us and for you! Not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
